Resolved Question: Where did Mike Eli from Eli Young Band get his leather wristband?
He wears a wristband the says “LOVE” on it and it is black. I met him and he told me some place in Oklahoma, but I could not find it.

The Face of America: Day of the Bowl. Of all the festive rites which mark the coming of the New Year around the world, none is more distinctive than the football bowl games of the United States. Here is a dazzling example, the Orange Bowl in Miami, as it looked on the bright Florida afternoon last January first when Oklahoma defeated Duke, 48-21. Starting out in 1935 with a game that drew only 5134 people, the Orange Bowl has expanded into a production that takes year-round civic planning and packs a 76,800-seat stadium. This week’s silver-anniversary game will feature eighteen bands with 3000 performers, as well as the football teams of Oklahoma – making its fourth appearance in six years – and Syracuse. Similarly elaborate shows will be staged in such settings as the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, and the Rose Bowl – granddaddy of them all – in Pasadena, California.
